Job summary

Edgesource Corporation is seeking an IC Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for Intelligence Community and Federal Government opportunities. You will serve as the central integrator across Business Development, Capture, Recruiting, Finance, Operations, and technical teams, ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance required.
• Ability to work on-site at Chantilly, VA SCIF at least 3 days per week.
• Experience managing IC/federal government proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the proposal schedule aligned to RFP milestones.
• Lead proposal kickoff; define roles, deliverables, and expectations.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance with RFP requirements.
• Coordinate cost and pricing with Finance and operations.
• Submit proposals in strict accordance with RFP instructions.
• Archive final artifacts in SharePoint and update HubSpot deals.
