Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or 60 credit hours) with 6 months related work experience.
• High school diploma with 1 year related work experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn web-based systems.
• Strong organization and time-management in high-stress settings.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor operations to achieve programmatic goals.
• Coach and support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and competencies.
• Lead and mentor direct care staff in the program.

Education
