Job summary

Keystone Human Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor in Wilkes-Barre, PA to oversee programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The role partners with clinical teams, families, and leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality services while managing staff and budgets.

You will supervise program staff, lead meetings, monitor documentation, and support service development. The position includes a sign-on incentive and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process with clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff.
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Participate in leadership meetings to drive program strategy.
• Support program development and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes.
• Monitor program documentation for regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported.
• Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities.
• Maintain staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent, six years of relevant experience

Associate’s degree, four years of relevant experience
