Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a full-time Intellectual Disability Program Specialist in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role provides leadership and guidance to staff and individuals served across assigned programs, coordinating assessments, ISPs and education initiatives to enhance outcomes.

You will support education and skill development for individuals and the team, ensuring program quality and compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one (1) year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop and implement individual assessments and Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Educate and develop skills for individuals and the support team.
