Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process with clearances.

The Area Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of assigned programs, ensuring the successful achievement of financial, personnel, and programmatic goals. This role partners closely with clinical teams, families, and leadership to deliver effective and compliant services. $5000 Sign-on bonus as eligible per incentive guidelines.
