Keystone Human Services in Malvern, AR, is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability. You will oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree and one year of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff.
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams.
• Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy.
• Support program development and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes.
• Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported.
• Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs.
• Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses.
• Maintain program productivity and utilization standards.
• Support referral assessment and placement decisions.
• Maintain strong communication with families/guardians regarding care planning and updates.
• Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities.
• Participate in county and service area planning activities.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed.
