Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to oversee programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clinical teams and families, and help drive program strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
• Master's degree with one year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams
• Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy
• Support program development and problem-solving initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes
• Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported
• Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs
• Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses
• Maintain program productivity and utilization standards
• Support referral assessment and placement decisions
• Maintain strong communication with families/guardians regarding care planning and updates
• Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities
• Participate in county and service area planning activities
• Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed
