Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of human services or related field experience.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credit hours and one year of human services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure program objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance are met.
• Perform direct support duties per the program schedule and needs.
