Qualifications

10+ years experience managing, leading, reviewing subordinates.
3+ years of general management experience for an HVAC, construction or home services company. Includes leading a leadership team.

Bachelor's degree.

Position Summary

The Integrator leads the day-to-day business so the Visionary can focus on strategy, growth, key relationships, and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the leadership team. Weekly, quarterly, annual team meeting cadence.

Operational Leadership

Oversee the departmental directors. Such as service, construction, finance, sales, facilities, IT, and HR.

Step in and directly manage departments that have gaps or holes.
Ensure processes are followed consistently and efficiently. Develop new processes as needed.
Improve productivity, customer experience, and profitability.

Financial Performance

Manage results against budget and financial targets.
Monitor revenue, gross margin, net profit, cash flow, and labor efficiency.
Drive operational decisions that improve profitability.

Team Development

Coach and develop department leaders. Provide and implement trainings.
Ensure the right people are in the right seats. Includes all staffing decisions.
Build leadership capacity and succession plans.

Qualifications

10+ years experience managing, leading, reviewing subordinates.
3+ years of general management experience for an HVAC, construction or home services, company. Includes leading a leadership team.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
Bachelors degree.
