Job summary

The Integrator will lead a multi-departmental team, drive productivity, profitability, and customer experience, and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to grow the business responsibly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• 3+ years of general management for HVAC, construction, or home services.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and accountability.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
• Proven track record of accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership team with weekly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
• Align departments, drive accountability, and hit targets and scorecards.
• Resolve cross-functional issues affecting multiple departments.
• Drive profitability by improving productivity and customer experience.
• Oversee HR, service, construction, finance, sales, facilities, IT, and operations.
• Coach and develop department leaders; staffing decisions.
• Develop processes and monitor budgets, revenue, gross margin, and cash flow.
