Qualifications

8+ years of leadership experience in service/technical settings.
Proven ability to manage multiple P&Ls and dispersed teams.
Solid HVAC/building-automation systems knowledge.
Track record in business development and financial management.
Strong coaching skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's in Business Administration; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Set divisional goals, drive sales, and grow new customer pipelines.
Cultivate client relationships and identify repeat-work opportunities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
