Job summary

Integrity Homes in Grand Junction, CO seeks an experienced Director of Operations to run day-to-day across Integrity Homes and its sister company, High Grade Concrete and Excavation. You will schedule, staff, build on budget, and close out projects while upholding accountability.

You will manage crews, subs, and field leads; track costs and margins; lead weekly meetings; and drive documented processes so work continues without the owner in the room.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction operations, project management, or running a contracting business.
• Track record of managing crews, subs, and schedules on multiple jobs at once.
• Comfortable with numbers: budgets, job costing, P&L.
• Direct communicator who follows through and holds others to the same standard.
• Comfortable with software and open to AI tools.
• EOS or Traction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduling and production across home builds and concrete and excavation crews.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field leads; keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Track job costs and margins, and flag problems early.
• Own the weekly scorecard and lead the team meetings.
• Tighten and document our processes so they work without the owner in the room.
• Solve problems in the field and in the office.
