Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating jobs with customers and subcontractors, ordering materials, managing project schedules from start to finish, and using QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and job costing.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects or office operations.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online is a strong plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with customers and subcontractors.
• Order materials and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage project schedules from start to finish.
• Communicate with homeowners, suppliers, vendors, and crews.
• Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with estimating, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and job paperwork.
• Maintain organized customer files and project documentation.
• Help resolve issues in the field.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.
• Continuously improve processes and help keep projects on schedule and on budget.
