Job summary

Integrity Homes builds custom and spec homes across Grand Junction and the Western Slope. The role oversees day-to-day operations across Integrity Homes and its sister company, High Grade Concrete and Excavation, reporting to the owner and ensuring jobs are scheduled, staffed, built on budget, and closed out right.

You will manage crews, subs, and field leads, track costs and margins, and lead weekly leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction operations, project management, or running a contracting business.
• Experience managing crews, subs, and schedules on multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduling and production across home builds and crews.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field leads to keep on time and on budget.
• Track job costs and margins; flag problems early.
• Own the weekly scorecard and lead team meetings.

Integrity Homes builds custom and spec homes across Grand Junction and the Western Slope. Our sister company, High Grade Concrete and Excavation, has handled residential and commercial concrete and sitework since 2010. We're growing, and we run on systems, accountability, and a good number of in-house AI tools.

The role

You'll run day-to-day operations across both companies and report directly to the owner. You'll make sure jobs are scheduled, staffed, built on budget, and closed out right, and you'll hold people accountable to the standard.

What you'll do

• Run scheduling and production across home builds and concrete and excavation crews
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field leads; keep jobs on time and on budget
• Track job costs and margins, and flag problems early
• Own the weekly scorecard and lead the team meetings
• Tighten and document our processes so they work without the owner in the room
• Solve problems in the field and in the office

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in construction operations, project management, or running a contracting business
• A track record of managing crews, subs, and schedules on multiple jobs at once
• Comfortable with numbers: budgets, job costing, P&L
• Direct communicator who follows through and holds others to the same standard
• Comfortable with software and open to AI tools
• EOS or Traction experience is a plus

Pay and benefits

• $65,000 to $80,000 salary, depending on experience
• 90-day performance review with defined targets; raise and bonus structure for those who deliver
