Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking an Integrations Manager to own the full integration lifecycle between the Owner Relations platform and PMS partners. You will lead a development team, manage the integration pipeline, and coordinate with Onboarding, Product Development, and Development to meet client launches and product roadmap goals.

You will shape long-term integration strategy, improve scalability and reliability, and explore AI-driven automation to streamline delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software integrations, API integrations, technical implementation, SaaS, or a related technical role.
• Experience with hospitality technology, Property Management Systems, hotel technology integrations, owner accounting systems, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and managing a team of software or integration developers and coordinating priorities.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP-based web services, data formats (JSON/XML/CSV), and authentication methods.
• Experience with C# and the .NET platform; familiarity with API tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integrations between the Owner Relations platform and third-party PMS partners.
• Lead and manage the integration development team, providing direction and prioritization.
• Manage the integration pipeline across new client implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Product Development, and Development to align requirements with product capabilities.
• Define requirements, data flows, dependencies, and timelines for integration projects.
