Job summary

Points North is seeking an Associate Product Owner to drive hands-on execution for partner integrations for a B2B software that streamlines complex payroll calculations and compliance reporting for employers with prevailing wage and unionized workforces.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Implementation, Support, Managed Services, and domain SMEs, and you will have direct customer access to ensure requirements are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management with B2B SaaS products.
• 1+ years working closely with partners on integrations.
• Experience in regulated domains (payroll, tax, HR, fintech).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel to Minneapolis, MN.
• No sponsorship available to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, documentation and outcomes for integrations with partners.
• Translate integration needs into API requirements, data mapping and support.
• Define measurable outcomes balancing stability, retention and modernization.
• Write epics, user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile product development process.
• Use data and feedback to improve integration experience and retention.
• Coordinate and deliver release communications related to integrations.
