Job summary

Jonas Software seeks a seasoned President – Property Systems (PMS) to lead a growing portfolio of vertical market software solutions. You will set strategic direction, oversee the senior leadership team, and ensure delivery of high‑value products and services while fostering a values‑driven culture.

Reporting to the parent company, you will manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, Cloud Operations, Customer Care and Professional Services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for P&L and overall operation and strategy of the Property Systems PMS business.
• Manage and improve operations, ensuring quality delivery of development, support, and professional services.
• Identify growth opportunities through strategic partnerships.
• Set operating and revenue forecasts for each business area.
• Direct and manage employees to meet targets within budget.
• Report quarterly on business performance to parent company.
• Mentor senior team and drive alignment with product/service strategy.
• Blend product/service needs for existing and future customers.
