Job summary

Reeco is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed customers into successful users. You will lead hotel onboarding from kickoff through go-live, configuring the platform and coordinating integrations with suppliers and ERP systems.

You'll train users, ensure strong adoption in the first months, and work with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve challenges. Hybrid environment across North America with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or related roles.
• Experience leading multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate integrations with accounting, POS, suppliers, and other platforms.
• Train users and drive early product adoption across modules.
• Maintain project plans, risks, milestones, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to resolve challenges.
