Job summary

Solita is seeking an Integration Lead to own internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs as the organization grows. You'll work with stakeholders across HR, Finance and Operations, combining hands-on integration work with coordination, prioritization and service management to shape how integrations are built, maintained and governed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of integration development or coordination experience.
• Hands-on with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and JavaScript.
• Experience with integrations in complex business environments.
• Strategic and hands-on capability; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Ensure that existing integrations are maintained, operate reliably, and meet SLAs.
• Drive the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
• Contribute hands-on when needed, especially with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, JavaScript, and selected custom integrations.
• Define ways of working for how integrations are designed, built, maintained, and supported.
• Coordinate internal development capacity and services by leveraging Solita’s wider integration expertise when needed.
• Work with other service managers, application owners, and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the integrations backlog.
• Help service domains enable small-scale maintenance and continuous improvement in their existing integrations.
