Job summary

Rezdy is seeking a Connectivity Specialist to support and optimize integrations for tour and activity operators. The role focuses on connectivity with OTAs and distribution partners, primarily across North America and Europe, ensuring smooth mappings and timely delivery.

You will become proficient in Rezdy and Checkfront OTA integrations, assist with product setup for distribution, and collaborate with sales, onboarding, and tech support to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer support experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide connectivity support to Rezdy and Checkfront customers globally, primarily in North America and Europe.
• Map products within OTA portals and liaise with representatives to complete mapping between the systems.
• Become an expert in Rezdy's top OTA integrations and what is and isn't supported with each one.
• Learn and focus on distribution-friendly product setup across Rezdy and Checkfront platforms.
• Coordinate with sales, onboarding, and technical support teams to ensure connectivity is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Research and explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
