Qargo is a cloud-based Transport Management Platform. We are looking for an Integrations Delivery Manager to join our Chicago office, owning the integration journey so customers’ systems connect smoothly with Qargo’s TMS and are live-ready.

You will bridge customers, integration partners, and internal teams, translating operational needs into technical requirements and keeping projects on track from discovery to activation.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrations or technical project management.
• Affinity with transport and logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong technical affinity and ability to discuss APIs and data flows.
• Structured, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Communicate confidently with both operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration onboarding cycle from discovery to activation.
• Be main contact for customers on integration topics.
• Align integrations with the overall go-live timeline with onboarding teams.
• Coordinate with partners and Professional Services to configure and validate connections.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines and manage stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales discussions by capturing technical input.

The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks.

About the Role

We are looking to hire an Integrations Delivery Manager in our Chicago office. You would own the integration journey of our customers, ensuring their systems connect smoothly with Qargo’s TMS and are fully ready by the time they go live.

You act as the bridge between customers, integration partners, and our internal teams, translating operational needs into clear technical requirements and keeping integration projects on track from discovery to activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration onboarding cycle: from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing and activation.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding integration topics, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and documented.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Onboarding Managers to align integrations with the broader implementation and go-live timeline.

• Coordinate with integration partners and our Professional Services team to prepare, configure and validate system connections.

• Monitor project progress, follow up on deadlines and proactively manage stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

• Support pre-sales discussions where integration requirements are key, capturing technical input ahead of customer sign-up.

• Continuously improve documentation, processes and knowledge sharing around integrations.

Skills & Experience

• You have experience in integrations, technical project management or similar roles.

• Affinity with or an understanding of the transport & logistics industry is a big plus!

• You have a strong technical affinity and feel comfortable discussing APIs, data flows or system connections(without needing to code yourself).

• You’re structured, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You communicate confidently with both operational and technical stakeholders.
