Qualifications

• Interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation.
• Experience with SaaS, fintech, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the customer's business to understand workflows, goals, and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into optimal system configurations within Qargo TMS.
• Support with data mappings and transformations for integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Manage administrative and project tasks with precision and punctuality.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
