Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of testing, from planning through reporting. The role requires coordinating field activities, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining thorough documentation in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience with test and evaluation at system/subsystem levels.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or executing engineering test procedures and reports.
• Experience supporting hands-on testing in field, lab, or dynamic environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing test conditions, and communicate issues clearly.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills across hardware, documentation, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain test plans, procedures, matrices, and related docs.
• Coordinate and support developmental, qualification, and system-level testing.
• Participate in field and live-fire test activities and provide hands-on support.
• Coordinate test schedules, facilities, ranges, personnel, and equipment.
• Maintain accountability of test articles, hardware, configurations, and disposition.
• Communicate status of test objectives to stakeholders internally and externally.
• Coordinate shipment, receipt, and movement of test hardware and support equipment.
• Support test readiness reviews and post-test deliverables.
