We are seeking a Test Engineer to support product and component testing for an established aerospace manufacturing organization. This position will conduct moderately complex testing activities, develop and improve test procedures, analyze test data, and support engineering teams in evaluating product performance and resolving technical issues. The Test Engineer will work with engineering instrumentation and data acquisition systems while ensuring testing activities comply with applicable quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements.

Test Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of testing, validation, or engineering experience, preferably within an aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of engineering testing methodologies, standards, and procedures.
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems, engineering instrumentation, and test equipment.
• Understanding of engineering verification and validation processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical test data and translate findings into actionable engineering recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
