Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to hands-on integrate software and hardware on complex electronic systems. You will run system-level tests, document results, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable performance on both new development program and legacy upgrade efforts.

Based on a large engineering campus, you will collaborate across multiple teams, use oscilloscopes and test equipment, and help improve test methodologies while supporting secure, client-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in engineering or a related technical area.
• Experience integrating software and hardware in complex systems.
• Proficient with Linux in a test environment.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic/software systems.
• Hands-on use of test equipment like oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Integrate software and hardware components on operational systems.
• Plan, execute, and document integration and test procedures.
• Perform thorough testing and troubleshoot system issues.
• Use test equipment to validate system performance.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and related teams.
• Support legacy upgrades and new development programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
