Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Integration & Test to lead verification of flight software and ground tooling for space programs. You will develop tests, document methodologies, and coordinate with manufacturing and customers.

The role requires strong C/C++, experience with space hardware or flight software, and a willingness to travel; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related scientific area.
• Master's degree preferred in STEM or related field.
• 9+ years with Bachelor's or 7+ years with Master's in relevant domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute flight software verification tests for space systems.
• Establish test methodologies and document compliance with requirements.
• Develop tools for ground support equipment to test flight software.
• Oversee validation tests and contribute to anomaly resolution.
• Assist in mission software upgrades and new flight software development.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for HIL test environments and hardware.
