Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking an Associate, Integration / Test Engineer to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. You will coordinate integration activities and ensure technical obligations are fulfilled.

The role requires pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, or Computer Science, with hands-on testing experience in electro-optical or electro-mechanical

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with testing electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design.
• Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results.
• Use software tools; perform scripting and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test; load software onto devices for verification and validation.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action creation.
• Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and identify/reslove trends.
• Provide technical consultation to internal orgs/customers when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
