Job summary

L3Harris in Northampton, MA is seeking a Sr. Spec, Integration & Test Engineer to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. You will coordinate integration activities from component to system level and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled.

The role requires senior-level expertise, potential project leadership, and collaboration across subsystems with international customers. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field with 6+ years of Integration/Test experience; 4+ years with a graduate degree; 10+ years without a degree.
• Ability to obtain US DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience with systems engineering concepts and test hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as I&T Lead on design and development issues.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and verification activities for product programs.
• Coordinate CAM responsibilities for System Qualification WBS and manage schedules.
• Support design reviews (SDR/PDR/CDR) and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Mentor junior engineers and deliver technical presentations to customers.
