Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Integration / Test Engineer in Wilmington, MA. The role focuses on synthesizing and defining test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems, coordinating integration from component to system level.

You will perform systems engineering tasks, develop test plans and procedures, execute testing, document results, and support root-cause analysis, with a 9/80 schedule and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes.
• Develop test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation.
• Execute system, CCA and component-level functional testing and document results.
• Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation.
• Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation.
• Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved.
• May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
