Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, with 6+ years in integration/test, or 4+ years with a graduate degree, or 10+ years without a degree.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US DoD Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency with IBM Rational DOORS, TestRail, MBSE, and Atlassian Suite (JIRA/Confluence).
• Proficient software: MS Office suite; advanced lab/test equipment familiarity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform software and hardware development for automated test processes.
• Develop automated test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results.
• Troubleshoot test stations and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Lead technical presentations to stakeholders and participate in design reviews.
• Guide automation tool usage across engineering teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support transition from manual to automated testing with I&T commodities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
