Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical discipline and 4+ years in integration & test or systems engineering. Graduate degree adds advantage; 8+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with laser product testing is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to support design reviews and program status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review program objectives, system concepts, architectures and interfaces.
• Develop test requirements, methods and solutions from system requirements.
• Create and maintain conformance, environmental and reliability test procedures.
• Plan and execute DVT, environmental and reliability testing; generate test reports.
• Perform data reduction, analysis and trend identification to reduce test escapements.
• Support NPI engineering reviews and stage gate processes.
