Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Integration/Test Engineering in Forest, VA. The role focuses on defining test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems, coordinating from assembly to system-level testing, and ensuring technical obligations are met.

Essential duties include developing test plans, executing tests, documenting outcomes, and performing root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability and test reports.
• Execute system, component, and hardware-in-the-loop tests and document results.
• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support Operations with failure/trend analysis and contribute to continuous improvement.
