Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Integration / Test Engineer in Palm Bay, FL. The role focuses on synthesizing and defining test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems, coordinating from assembly to system-level testing to ensure technical obligations are met.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests at multiple levels, troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or completion within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
Develop and document test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow and test cases.
Execute system, CCA and component level tests and document results.
Use software tools and perform scripting and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Set up, configure and document hardware and software under test, including loading software onto devices for verification and validation.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support operations with failure/trend analysis and identify/resolution of trends.
Provide technical consultation to internal orgs/customers when needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
