Job summary

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Integration Test Engineer for a Richardson, TX-based contract role. You will perform integration and testing of components, ensuring electrical and physical compatibility to meet program objectives and cost targets.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement test programs for hardware and software systems, coordinate test activities, lead test readiness reviews, and analyze testability.

Qualifications

Integration Test Engineer

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Integration Test Engineer. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire Duration: 6 months Location: Richardson, TX

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing the integration and/or test of all components, ensuring electrical and physical compatibility to meet program technical, schedule and cost objectives.
• In support of system design activities, responsible for test and/or integration of COTS-based electromechanical systems from the system design phase through development, documentation, installation and commissioning of the completed system.
• Integration responsibilities may include design, develop and implement integration plans for procedures for hardware, software, and facilities.
• Responsible for the physical and electrical compatibility of functional interfaces and first article product integration, ensuring seamless interface between the design and production of systems.
• Testing responsibilities may include analyzes requirements for testability issues.
• Develops and implements both hardware and software system level test programs, plans, specifications, procedures and customer acceptance.
• Plans and leads test working groups, test readiness reviews.
• Conducts testability and producibility analyses and reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area.
• Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.
• Communicates with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures
• Identifies and addresses changes within own job area.
• Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $60 to $65/per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
