Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for a full-time, contract (W2) position across Cupertino, Austin, or Raleigh in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on managing large Big Data, BI, and Analytics initiatives with 5+ years of enterprise PM experience.

Candidates must be able to drive delivery, manage risks, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will lead projects end-to-end, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a project/ program manager in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering large Big Data, BI, or Analytics projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from concept through implementation with scope, schedule, and quality.
• Identify, analyze and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to define goals and requirements.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Apply PM best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $60 - $65/- per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
