Innova Solutions is seeking a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead for a 12-month contract (FTE conversion) based onsite in Charlotte, NC. The role combines operational finance and strategic business support, requiring deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to align with corporate goals.

You will monitor expenses, support resource allocation and SOW contracts, and partner with the Technology Group.

• Recent experience in large and fast paced technology organization doing financial management/business support management.
• Expert with Excel including formulas and expert producing polished and engaging decks with PowerPoint.

Business Support Manager/Finance Lead

Position type: Contract, (FTE conversion) Duration: 12 months Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

As a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead, you will:

• Must have 10+ years of experience.
• Monitoring budgets, expenses, forecasting, budget/finance allocation and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Need to have Advanced Excel Expertise (heavy daily usage, including formulas, financial analysis, reporting).
• Should be working with the Technology Group.

This is a highly skilled Finance Lead responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $58- $62 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
