Job summary

Zones is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 1st shift (5:30 AM–2:00 PM) to ensure adherence to defined QA standards and processes. You will verify that documentation is up to date, report discrepancies to the QA manager, and help keep the Integration lab running with zero errors.

You will follow QA procedures, maintain detailed fault-tracking records, and participate in the final checkout with the team, contributing to process improvements and consistent quality across all orders.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and adherence to QA processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.
• Familiarity with documentation control and fault tracking processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures systematically and verify QA steps.
• Document and report discrepancies with detailed fault data.
• Assist in final checkout and ensure all order accessories comply with documentation.
