Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking an Integration Supervisor to oversee the Integration Department during the second shift (2:30 pm – 11:30 pm). You will supervise a team of 5–10 technicians, coordinate with Sales and Engineering, and help develop and maintain integration procedures for Zones customers.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate production schedules, meeting customer SLAs, supporting ongoing certifications, and recommending equipment upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification required.
• CompTIA Server+ or equivalent desirable.
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 technicians.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints.
• Experience with customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Solid understanding of major Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Please Note: This is a second shift role starting at 2:30 pm to approximately 11:30 pm.

As an Integration Supervisor you will provide operational supervision of the Integration Department during normal shift hours, and work directly with Integration Technicians to provide feedback, education, and growth. You will also work with the department management to develop, maintain, and update integration procedures for Zones customers, provide feedback and suggestions on existing procedures, and provide for suggestions and improvements of Integration equipment and infrastructure.

What you’ll do as the Integration Supervisor

• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Utilize production schedule and regular communication with Sales and Engineering staff to schedule production schedules.
• Communicate regularly with Manager, sales, and operation staff to maintain and accurate understanding of upcoming projects. Develop and promote schedules and ETAs of upcoming projects.
• Ensure production schedules are set with delivery methods and customer specific SLAs accounted for.
• Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and build additional certifications as required by Zones and customers.
• Regularly review lab equipment. Arrange for replacement of essential equipment or recommend equipment upgrades or changes as needed.

Salary

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.
