Job summary

VTS seeks an Integrations Support Advisor in New York, NY to own the health of Yardi, MRI, SAP, and other integrations end-to-end. You’ll proactively monitor, resolve data discrepancies, and manage the customer support queue while partnering with Engineering and Account Management to scale the function.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical support or SaaS, strong API/SQL skills, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or a related SaaS role.
• Comfort with APIs, credentials, SQL, and structured data; logs inspection.
• Clear communicator able to explain issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own integration health: monitor active integrations and resolve failures before customers notice.
• Resolve data integrity issues across source systems and the VTS platform.
• Manage the customer support queue across the full integration lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Account Management, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and automate recurring / templated requests to reduce tickets.
