Job summary

VTS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer in New York, NY to lead technical customization of Salesforce CPQ and integration with NetSuite.

You will own middleware design, release discipline, and data mappings across RevOps and finance teams. You will write clean Apex with test coverage and collaborate with external implementation partners to scale integrations, while enforcing architecture and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ knowledge with amendment flows and pricing rules.
• Clean Apex development with test coverage objectives (90%+).
• Solid integration experience; map Salesforce data for ERP consumption; middleware design.
• Experience with release management tools in real environments; pipelines and branching.
• Knowledge of NetSuite data models to design ERP-side integrations.
• Awareness of AI tooling in Salesforce ecosystem; identify where it adds value.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce—LWCs, Apex classes/triggers, and flows.
• Scale custom objects for pre/post sales processes to meet customer needs.
• Write and maintain Apex triggers/classes/flows with robust test classes and 90%+ coverage.
• Collaborate with third-party implementations to integrate Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite.
• Own internal integration layer: field mappings, error handling, retries, monitoring.
• Keep business logic out of middleware and enforce proper design decisions.
• Define middleware-agnostic data model today to avoid technical debt.
• Understand how integration data feeds Revenue and Billing systems downstream.
• Create integrations with other tools to support RevOps and data reliability.
