Job summary

VTS is seeking an Integrations and API Support Advisor in New York, NY, to monitor and optimize gateways to Yardi, MRI, SAP, and other systems. The role requires collaboration with Engineering and Account Management to quickly triage issues and communicate clearly with clients.

You will be comfortable analyzing API logs, credentials, and data mappings, and you’ll apply an AI-first approach to triage tickets and prototype fixes for repeating problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or a related SaaS support role.
• Comfort reading support tickets and API logs.

Responsibilities

• Own integration health: monitor active integrations and proactively resolve issues.
• Resolve data integrity issues across VTS and source systems.
• Manage the customer support queue across the full integration lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Account Management, and customers’ IT/PM teams to resolve issues.
• Build for scale by identifying recurring requests and automating them.
