Job summary

VTS is seeking an Integrations and API Support Advisor in New York, NY to own the health of our data integrations end-to-end. You’ll monitor feeds from Yardi, MRI, SAP and custom APIs, triage failures, and resolve inbound tickets while keeping customers informed.

The role requires strong API/SQL skills, superb communication, and an ability to work with cross-functional teams. In this hands-on position, you’ll partner with Engineering, Account Management, and client IT to ensure data integrity,

Qualifications

• Strong technical curiosity and ability to read API logs and support tickets.
• Experience with APIs, credentials, SQL, and structured data formats.
• Familiarity with CRE systems and leasing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own integration health across Yardi, MRI, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Investigate and fix data integrity issues between source systems and VTS.
• Manage the customer support queue for integration-related requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Account Management, and client IT teams.
• Identify and automate recurring ticket types to scale support.
