LiveSwitch is seeking a smart, ambitious product integration leader to help run a fast-growing technology company. You will serve as an Integration Partnership Manager, identifying strategic partnership opportunities and building relationships with enterprise partners.

You will manage product testing, technical support, client focus groups, enterprise sales, and marketing while delivering superior customer service in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.8+ is required.
• 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of results.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our integration partnership client base.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in the LiveSwitch communication platform.
• Identify and source new customers and partnership integration opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service through technical support, product improvements, and client follow-up.
• Individuals in this role will be working at least 70 hours per week.
