Job summary

Landscape Collective is seeking an Integration & Optimization Lead to guide affiliates from onboarding to sustained partnership. You will standardize processes, implement core business applications, and champion best practices while balancing operational excellence with entrepreneurial spirit.

Travel up to 25% is required; you will collaborate across teams, drive UAT, and ensure tools meet affiliate needs. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Aspire software - extensive usage and experience
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred
• Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and UAT, preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM/business management systems
• Ability to travel to affiliate and branch locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership.
• Implement core business applications (including Aspire).
• Document and standardize operational processes to optimize branch performance.
• Champion BMPs, SOPs, and business workflows across affiliates.
• Evaluate new software solutions, document business requirements and workflows, and participate in UAT.
• Support API and systems integration projects, ensuring tools align with affiliate needs.
• Track and report on go-live timelines, satisfaction scores, and workflow progress
