Job summary

PLANIT Group seeks a Lead Integration Engineer to drive high-impact projects, mentor teams, and oversee corporate office migrations and cloud deployment. The role demands extensive travel and on-site oversight, with remote work when not traveling.

You will coordinate with NetOps, DevOps, Azure, and SQL teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions across US, Canada, and the UK, maintaining security and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network/Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• 12+ years in Systems Administration/technical consulting in MS, Cisco, or Fortinet environments
• MSP experience delivering scalable technology solutions with budget and functionality balance

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed engineering teams and provide regular updates to senior management
• Plan daily schedules, maintain documentation, and manage customer communications
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes and develop migration runbooks
• Coordinate with NetOps, Azure, and SQL teams to migrate to the corporate cloud and deploy stable solutions
• Oversee security, backups, and business continuity strategies
• Support talent acquisition and engineer development
