Job summary

Schill Grounds Management seeks an Integration & Optimization Lead to drive best-in-class affiliate experiences, enabling successful business applications integrations and standardized workflows. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Aspire software - extensive usage and experience.
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred.
• Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and UAT, preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM/business management systems.
• Ability to travel to affiliate and branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to newly acquired and existing affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership.
• Implement core business applications (including Aspire).
• Document and standardize operational processes to optimize branch performance.
• Champion BMPs, SOPs, and business workflows across affiliates.
• Evaluate new software solutions, document business requirements and workflows, and participate in UAT.
• Support API and systems integration projects, bringing an operational perspective to ensure new tools and enhancements align with affiliate needs and are successfully adopted.
• Hold affiliate teams accountable to integration milestones and operational expectations, while providing coaching, additional support, or a listening ear as needed.
• Track and report on key outcomes, including Aspire go-live timelines, affiliate satisfaction scores, and workflow standardization progress.
• Build trusted relationships at every level of affiliate organizations, representing the Landscape Collective with professionalism and integrity.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
