You will lead cross‑functional projects spanning GTM, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain, applying PMO standards to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Business Process Analysts, manage risk and dependencies, and tailor governance to each initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross‑functional projects in scaling environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or CAPM or equivalent certification is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion using PMO standards.
• Translate business objectives into project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish governance and communication cadence for each initiative.
• Track commitments, decisions, and action items, ensuring follow‑through.
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
