Job summary

Boston Dynamics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within Operations. You will partner with TechOps, Production Control, and Supply Chain to bridge engineering development and scalable manufacturing.

Qualifications

BS or higher in Engineering or technical field and minimum 5 years PM experience.
Familiarity with mass manufacturing readiness and transferring production operations.
Cross-functional NP I environments and change management in software, firmware, mechanical design, and electrical design.

Responsibilities

Lead an Operations Core Team aligning stakeholders to goals.
Create and manage resource-loaded schedules and gap closure.
NPI program build execution & oversight with on-floor involvement to resolve bottlenecks.
Identify and resolve blockers and manage change within Operations.
Make critical decisions on priority and reset approaches to keep programs on track.
Synthesize performance, lessons learned, and highlights into debrief artifacts; escalate risks to leadership.
Develop permanent process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
