Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks a Technical Program Manager in its PMO to lead sequencing, prioritization, and optimization of AI training clusters, data pipelines, and data operations. You will influence how AI infrastructure resources are allocated and engage with AI engineering leads to ensure successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compute resources with the company's robotics AI strategy, drive process improvements, and manage vendor relationships for data

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a program management role with compute or infrastructure resourcing.
• Strong problem solving and ability to see the big picture with technical detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise status updates and presentations.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and data teams for shared resources.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sequence, and prioritize work across training clusters, data pipelines, and data ops teams.
• Allocate GPU resources across model training projects; queue critical work and manage priorities.
• Oversee data processing pipelines converting real-world robot data into training data.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for data annotation at scale.
• Drive resource utilization planning and proactive scheduling before deadlines.
• Collaborate with AI leadership to define objectives and roadmaps for infrastructure.
