Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking an Operational Program Manager for Field Operations & Logistics to direct field staffing, human infrastructure, and deployment execution for our Atlas fleet across 50+ customer sites. You will manage recruitment, shift schedules, site assignments, travel, and field labor costs in partnership with the Customer Enablement and TPM teams.

You will lead end-to-end personnel operations for Field Service Engineers, Field Application Engineers, and Robot Pilots/Tele-operators,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in operational program management with multi-site deployments.
• Experience with high-volume workforce scheduling across geographies.
• Hands-on experience with project billing logic, JEs, and travel & expense aggregation.
• Proficiency in resource management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staffing and scheduling across 50+ customer sites.
• Direct on-site deployment logistics and travel coordination.
• Oversee recruitment pipelines and onboarding for field roles.
• Coordinate with TPM team to align staffing with project timelines.
• Manage site performance metrics and daily operations across locations.
